Coaching - During the 6 week group program you’ll have the opportunity to meet with me once at the beginning and once at the end for individual strategy sessions. We’ll be able to work on what’s going on in your business specifically and create a plan so that you can get the most out of our time together as well as continue to grow once the formal program ends.
Community - You and your cohort will be part of a private community. You’ll be able ask questions, get feedback and support one another throughout the program and beyond. I’ll also be able to check in and continue to support you after the program too!
Homework - It’s hard to make progress if there’s no accountability. You’ll be accountable to yourself, the group and me every week as I challenge you to take actionable steps to grow your business.
Recordings - Every week our conversations will be recorded so that you’ll always have access to the materials, content and conversations.

How does it work?
This coaching program will take place over a series of four 60-minute LIVE calls. Each call will include teaching, guided brainstorming, an exercise to complete live on the line, and individual question & answer time.
Week 1 - Examining your purpose, getting to your why and, setting realistic goals.
Week 2 - Defining the problem you’re solving and getting clear on your value proposition.
Week 3 - Building community and content creation - sharing your secret sauce.
Week 4 - Getting to launch, marketing, and selling.
Week 5 - Tracking metrics that matter.
Week 6 - Open Call
All calls are at 11:00am Eastern. All calls will be recorded.
PLUS - You'll get to schedule 2, 45-minute sessions with me throughout the 6 week program. This is your chance to ask more specific questions, get more specialized feedback, and for us to work together on your business.
Is group coaching right for you?
This program is right for you if you are tired of being frustrated by your false starts or the lack of traction you’re currently seeing in your business. You should have the time to commit to thoroughly working through each week’s assignments and applying the principles to your business strategy. You also have to be all in. This is NOT right for someone who collects online experiences. I don’t want to be another notch in your e-learning belt.
The principles of this program may be most easily applied to service-based businesses.
This is also a great opportunity for you to get support if If you’ve been on the fence about one-on-one coaching. Investing in yourself can be a tricky hurdle to overcome.
