Group Coaching: for entrepreneurs with grit
Every business owner has the potential to be the hero in their own story.
Are you on your entrepreneurial hero’s journey?
Or are you just watching someone else’s adventure unfold?
Business owners who have decided to own their adventure have mustered the courage to answer a market’s (and a customer’s) call to adventure. They’ve refused to accept the world as it currently is and have committed to delivering real value to real people even in the face of uncertainty, doubt and a yet-to-exist go to market strategy. These are the people that chose to grow beyond an idea on the back of a napkin or a sticky note on their laptop and have committed to bringing the value only they can deliver into the world.
Are you ready to finally commit to your hero’s journey?
If you’re the business owner that always seems to have a great idea, is always talking about the latest business lesson you learned or, is sharing the latest Gary Vaynerchuk video you watched then your business adventure is knocking at your door.
Answering your business call to adventure requires two things: that you get really clear on your purpose and the people you’ve committed to serve by saving them time, money, emotional stress...you get the idea.
All the stuff that happens in between is the adventure.
Is this your story?
- You have lots of ideas that are constantly getting shot down by your friends and family.
- You’ve been a serial starter for longer than you care to admit.
- You don’t really have a plan for your business, you’re well-intentioned-winging-it.
- Your business feels disconnected from your purpose.
- You’ve been at it for a while but feel like you still haven’t found any real traction.
- Your friends and family are constantly sharing applications to jobs they think you’ll like.
- You feel stuck.
These are the real problems I see every day.
For the better part of a decade I’ve had the opportunity to support some of the best and brightest business builders and licensed professionals through the trials of their business adventures. I’ve worked to build sales strategies, marketing plans, optimize operations, taught people to make better decisions, reworked pricing structures and have even helped entrepreneurs “seize a sword” or two. No matter the size of the business or the experience of the entrepreneur it always comes back to aligning what you’re doing with the people that need you the most.
When you get that right the real business building adventure can begin.
Que Michael Bolton’s “Go The Distance”. You can probably tell that this program was clearly inspired by one of my all time favorite Disney movies - Hercules.
Why should you care about your business’s hero’s journey or a Disney movie reference?
You should care because it’s what’s going to help you build a business you will be proud of.
In this group coaching program:
- We will get clear on the value you’re offering and get to the heart of work that matters most to grow your business.
- We will work on connecting you to the community you are going to serve.
- You’ll be able to clearly define the problem you’re solving for your customers.
- We will plan, build and package your offering so that you can actually launch and sell.
- We will create frameworks to help you make better decisions so that you can navigate the testing, iterating and adjusting you’ll need to make as you grow.
This group coaching program is about giving you the tools to build the foundation for your business so that you can set off confidently on your business building adventure.
You’ll have a clear and easily articulated value proposition. No more 5-minute Elevator Pitches.
We’ll work on prospecting and reaching out creatively. No “Field of Dreams” businesses here.
You’ll feel energized and committed to your purpose. No more false starts.
Create an offer that resonates with the people you’re committing to serve. Sell authentically.
There might be thousands of miles on your entrepreneurial journey ahead of you but this is the first step that will set you off right.
This is your journey, your business and your way.
How does it work?
This coaching program will take place over a series of four 60-minute LIVE calls. Each call will include teaching, guided brainstorming, an exercise to complete live on the line, and individual question & answer time.
April 2 - Call to Adventure. Examine your purpose and get clear on your value and your customer.
April 9 - Cross the Threshold. Define the problem you’re solving and start building your community.
April 16 - Seize the Sword. Launch and sell authentically.
April 23 - Return to the World. Building frameworks, making decisions and tracking metrics that matter.
April 30 - Open Call
All calls are at 11:00am Eastern. All calls will be recorded.
PLUS - You'll get to schedule 3, 30-minute sessions with me throughout the 5 week program. This is your chance to ask more specific questions, get more specialized feedback, and for us to work together on your business.
There are also going to be exercises, homework and a private group to participate in between each call. You should expect to treat your commitment to this program just as you would any live class or one on one coaching program.
Is group coaching right for you?
This program is right for you if you are tired of being frustrated by your false starts or the lack of traction you’re currently seeing in your business. You should have the time to commit to thoroughly working through each week’s assignments and applying the principles to your business strategy. You also have to be all in. This is NOT right for someone who collects online experiences. I don’t want to be another notch in your e-learning belt.
The principles of this program may be most easily applied to service-based businesses.
This is also a great opportunity for you to get support if If you’ve been on the fence about one-on-one coaching. Investing in yourself can be a tricky hurdle to overcome. This is a good fit for those that are nervous because of the price or because you’d like to plug in to more brains in a supportive environment.
I made it this far, how much is this going to cost?
The investment for this program is $487.
To work with me one-on-one, the cost would $2000 for the same amount of time. You’re saving 75% off of the one-on-one fee.
There are only 12 seats in this program. When they’re gone, they’re gone. I need to keep the number enrolled extremely low so that I can deliver the support and attention that each participant deserves.
Reserve your seat
I want to make sure that each participant is a the right fit for this group coaching experience. If you have questions about whether this program is right for you right now, please reach out to (nunzio at disruptivestrategy dot co).
Hope to see you on the inside!
"...I have often dreamed of a far off place.." - Gave myself an earworm. Stupid catchy Disney's Hercules Michael Bolton song.
